An individual may contribute a maximum amount of $5,000 per year to a political action committee (PACs).  Contributions from corporations, labor organization treasury funds, foreign nationals, and federal government contractors are prohibited. If you are not a member or becoming a member of PAAIA, IAPAC is not seeking, and will not accept a PAC contribution. PAAIA is a nonprofit, nonpartisan, nonreligious 501(c)(4) organization that serves the interests of Iranian Americans and represents the community before U.S. policymakers and the American public at large.

IAPAC, the connected PAC of PAAIA, is a registered political action committee that contributes to candidates for public office.  Contributions are not tax-deductible as charitable deductions for federal tax purposes.
