James Lankford is the senior U.S. Senator from Oklahoma and serves on the Finance, Homeland Security, and Select Intelligence Committees. He is also part of Senate Republican Leadership as Vice Chair of the Conference. A strong conservative, Lankford was the lead Republican negotiator on a bipartisan border security package and is the Republican co-lead of the Iran Internet Freedom Act, legislation spearheaded by PAAIA. Before his time in Congress, he dedicated over 20 years to Christian ministry, including directing the largest youth camp in the U.S.
